Your First Two Weeks: Orientation.
The Certified AI ROI Consultant™ program begins August 18. Before it does, you have two weeks of Orientation, August 4 through 15. Orientation is your AI Business Essentials foundation. It covers what AI actually is, the terminology you will hear in the room, the difference between agentic and non-agentic AI, the major platforms and how to set each one up, and the working basics you need to walk into the certification ready to build. We meet live twice a week, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 PM EST, on August 4, 5, 11, and 12. You also get self-paced access to the full AI Business Essentials course. Orientation is not mandatory. It is highly recommended. If you are newer to AI, this is where you get grounded so you are not playing catch-up once certification starts. If you already work in AI daily, treat it as a refresher and a chance to standardize how you set your tools up.

Quick Answers Before You Enroll.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Spring 2026 graduates included a student who had never opened ChatGPT and a student who did not own a computer at enrollment. Both finished. That is what Orientation is for.
What if I cannot attend a live session?
Every session is recorded. Course materials are on-demand with lifetime access.
When does it actually start?
Orientation begins August 4. The certification itself begins August 18.
