We do not offer refunds, and we will not pretend a certification works without your participation. Here is what we stand behind instead. Complete the program work: attend or watch every module, build your second brain, and deploy your use cases. If you do that and you do not have live systems with documented numbers by your capstone, you keep your coaching access and a seat in the next cohort at no additional cost, and we work with you until your first use case is deployed and measured. The deposit is non-refundable because your seat is held in a cohort capped at 25. The commitment runs both ways. You do the work. We do not let you leave without results.
